All items are made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds.

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Orders not received by a specific date.

  • Orders lost in transit or delayed by postal services.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please send us photos of the damaged item and the shipping materials within 24 hours of delivery by USPS or Canada Post. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution.
